Director of Practice Operations and Therapist Success &
Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate

I believe that meaningful change begins with truly understanding yourself—your values, strengths, and the patterns that shape your life. With a focus on compassionate self-awareness, my goal is to guide clients in understanding themselves more deeply so they can embrace the endless possibilities for growth and change, unlocking their full potential in the process.

As a first-generation Asian American, I am committed to honoring the intersection of cultural identity and personal growth, empowering clients to embrace and celebrate who they are and where they come from. As a neurodivergent therapist, I recognize neurodiversity as a unique strength and am passionate about helping clients harness their abilities to confidently navigate the daily experiences and challenges that come with being neurospicy.

In addition to my therapeutic work, my background as a play-based preschool teacher has given me a deep understanding of child development and the transformative power of play. I find great joy in helping parents connect with their children, offering insights into their behaviors, needs, and emotional worlds to foster stronger, more empathetic relationships.

I have a M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide, and a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University.

It takes both sensitivity and grit to face your challenges and pursue meaningful change, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. Let’s do this!
